There are several possible reasons why you did not receive an account activation email:
- The email account you provided to receive your reset/notification might have put the account activation email in the Spam folder or refused the message. Therefore, please make sure to check the Spam folder of the email account you provided for password-reset/notifications.
- It’s also possible that you made a typo while providing your reset/notification address. Please send us an email to email@example.com (PGP key) with the username that you used to register your account.
- Our anti-abuse/anti-spam measures may have flagged your account creation attempt. To avoid the inevitable abuse by scammers/spammers of all kinds, we deploy anti-abuse measures which sometimes lead to false positives. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (PGP key) with the username that you used to register your account.
