Make sure to first add the External address via IMAP or POP protocol.

1. Compose a message.
2. Choose sender address corresponding to your external account by clicking on the drop-down in From field.
3. You can choose to Send:
   • Password encrypted email.
   • OpenPGP encrypted & signed email.
   • OpenPGP signed email.

Note: The deliverability of sent emails may be inferior due to potential SPF and DKIM policy checks. To avoid that, add the corresponding domain name to validate DNS SPF and DKIM records first.

To decrypt encrypted emails:

• Decrypt OpenPGP encrypted email.
• Decrypt Password encrypted email.
