Change a Paid Plan Purchased via PayPal
If you purchased your paid plan using PayPal and would like to change your subscription, please contact our support team at support@mailfence.com. We will assist you with updating your subscription plan and ensure the change is processed correctly.
Cancel a Subscription Paid via PayPal
If you purchased your paid plan through PayPal and wish to cancel your subscription, you must first disable the recurring automatic payment in your PayPal account.
After canceling the recurring payment, please send a confirmation email to support@mailfence.com so our team can update your account accordingly.
