How can I downgrade from higher tier plan to a lower tier plan in Mailfence?

Go into your account and following these steps:

1. Settings

2. Account -> Subscription

3. Choose desired plan

Send us an email to support@mailfence.com (PGP key) notifying us of this change, so that we can convert your remaining high tier plan pro-rata credit to a low tier plan.

For downgrading your account to a Free plan, send us an email to support@mailfence.com (PGP key).
