How can I create additional mailboxes/users?

This can be done by using our admin console feature. Please go into your account and follow these steps:

1. Settings

2. Administration -> Users

3. Add user

create additional mailboxes: step 3

Note:

  • User management (admin console) is a paid plan feature and therefore is not available in free plans.
  • The entry plan offers 1 (paid) user to be created/managed, whereas Pro plan offers 97 (paid) users + 2 (free) users and Ultra plan offers 488 (paid) + 2 (free) users to be created/managed using the admin console.
    • Before creating paid users, please make sure that you have provisioned enough amount by going into your account and follow these steps:

You can directly click on Credit or alternatively, follow the instruction below.

2. Account -> Credit
