How can I create additional mailboxes/users?

This can be done by using our admin console feature. Please go into your account and follow these steps:

1. Settings

2. Administration -> Users

3. Add user

create additional mailboxes: step 3

Note:

  • User management (admin console) is a paid plan feature and therefore is not available in free plans.
  • The Entry plan allows you to manage one 1 (paid) user.
  • The Pro plan allows you to manage 97 (paid) users + 2 (free) users
  • The Ultra plan allows you to manage 488 (paid) + 2 (free) users

Please note that the Entry, Pro and Ultra plan do not cover the cost of the accounts managed with the admin console. You need to pay separately for the managed accounts through a wallet.

  • Before creating paid users, please make therefore sure that you have provisioned your wallet by going into your account and follow these steps:

You can directly click on Credit or alternatively, follow the instruction below.

2. Account -> Credit
