auf das Zeichen <strong>Aktualisieren<\/strong> (oder dr\u00fccken Sie F9), wenn Sie die Nachrichten sofort abrufen m\u00f6chten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig hinterl\u00e4sst Outlook eine Kopie der Nachrichten auf dem Server (f\u00fcr 14 Tage). Wenn Sie dies \u00e4ndern m\u00f6chten, gehen Sie zu <strong>Datei -&gt; Info -&gt; Kontoeinstellungen: Kontoeinstellungen<\/strong>. Doppelklicken Sie auf der <strong>Registerkarte E-Mail<\/strong> auf den <strong>Eintrag f\u00fcr Ihr Mailfence-Konto<\/strong> und deaktivieren Sie das Kontrollk\u00e4stchen <strong>Kopie der
